Our typical turnaround time from order placement and proof approval (if requested), is two to three weeks plus shipping time to your destination. If you need your item by a certain date, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate! Please note that our current turnaround time is always displayed in the banner on our homepage.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate rush order processing/embroidery when our production calendar allows. Your order will be ready to ship (or ready for pick up for local residents) within five business days of order placement and proof approval (if requested). 

At this time, Lalalinen is not accepting customer-provided items. Please be sure to check back in the future - we open customer provided orders frequently and spots go fast! To be amongst the first notified of when coveted customer-provided orders open, subscribe to our e-mail list.

We are happy to ship directly to any address located within the continental U.S. We are happy to offer local porch pick up for those in Indianapolis. Please be sure to select “Local Pick Up” or your preferred shipping method at the time of check out.

Yes! We would love to create something truly custom for you. Our embroidery design library is vast and we have many options that are not listed. Love soccer? Need something for a bachelorette party? Need a custom wedding monogram/brand? No inquiry is too big or too small.. Please submit a tailored order inquiry here and we will be in touch. 

Returns

Due to the highly personalized nature of our goods, all sales on personalized items are final and once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please make sure to closely proofread all spelling and order details before checking out!

Care Instructions

We put extra love and care into hand making each and every order to perfection. While a little wear and tear is part of the package (these pieces are all meant to be put to good use!) we recommend following these simple care steps to ensure that your custom linen piece(s) last a lifetime…

-Begin by spot cleaning any stains. Using a mild detergent, machine wash on coldest temperature.

-Promptly tumble dry on low heat (or lay flat to dry). Iron when lightly damp using appropriate iron fabric setting on the opposite side of embroidery  for best results. 

-Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area. 

For all Trvl items, wash on cold and hang to dry. Easy peasy!

THE PROCESS

All embroidered items are made to order and we’ve made the process as simple and easy as possible. 

First things first, select all of your personalized design elements and place your order online. Please note that we are always happy to send an approval proof so that you can double-check that everything is correct before the piece is put into production. Should you require a proof, please add the option to your shopping cart. 

Next, we will get to stitching and will hand embroider your item and ship it directly to you (within the continental U.S.)! For local Indianapolis residents, we are happy to offer easy porch pick-up. 

We try to be quick with all of our turnaround times. Please refer to the current turnaround time at the top of the webpage. We are more than happy to accommodate rush requests when our production calendar allows and for a fee. Please note that orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
