All embroidered items are made to order and we’ve made the process as simple and easy as possible.
First things first, select all of your personalized design elements and place your order online. Please note that we are always happy to send an approval proof so that you can double-check that everything is correct before the piece is put into production. Should you require a proof, please add the option to your shopping cart.
Next, we will get to stitching and will hand embroider your item and ship it directly to you (within the continental U.S.)! For local Indianapolis residents, we are happy to offer easy porch pick-up.
We try to be quick with all of our turnaround times. Please refer to the current turnaround time at the top of the webpage. We are more than happy to accommodate rush requests when our production calendar allows and for a fee. Please note that orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed the following business day.
